Overview
Winding River is a residential community whose residents needed a single, welcoming online home for announcements, governing documents, events, and architectural requests — instead of scattered emails, PDFs, and word of mouth.

The Challenge
Community associations have to serve two very different audiences at once: residents who want quick answers, and boards and managers who need to publish updates and governing documents without touching code. The site also had to feel like a neighborhood, not a municipal portal.
The Solution
We designed a resident-first experience led by a warm welcome section, then organized community news, events, document access, and request forms into clearly separated paths. Boards and property managers can publish announcements and files themselves through a structured content system, so the site stays current without a developer.
